Pineapple Juice & Training Info

Pineapple Juice is our very own online training platform that reinvents learning and enablement at Pineapple. Stay up-to-date on this month’s training schedule, recordings, and upcoming training!


After a relaxing summer break, we are excited to bring back all of our training this week. All Sales & Marketing, Deals & Underwriting, and MyPineapple training will be held live at head office and we encourage all of our agents to attend in person. If any other training is held in person, please look out for the calendar event as this will be specified in the title, such as Lender & Vendor Training.

Being present at head office will help to foster a strong relationship with the Pineapple staff and also with our trusted lender partners here at Pineapple!

It is also a fantastic opportunity to get to know your Pineapple peers on a more personal basis. Please note that if there are ever any changes in the training schedule, this can be found right within your calendar event description.

Our training contest will also be launched on September 9th, 2022, so we encourage everyone to keep an eye out because you don’t want to miss out on all the excitement!

Tuesday, September 6:

In-Person Training

10:00 – 11:00 am – 

Join us at 10:00 am on Tuesday morning for a fantastic session with Gita Cartwright from MCAN here at head office!

Gita will be discussing who MCAN is and she will also provide an overview of the products that are offered on both their A & B side of lending and where their niches lie. She will also discuss their ICON product which covers all the perks for agents who support MCAN. 

This will be a very informative session and building relationships with our Pineapple BDMs is extremely important for your success as a Mortgage professional. What better way to build that relationship than by meeting one of our trusted lender partners here at our head office?

Tuesday, September 6:

In-Person Training: 

12:00 – 12:30 pm EST – In this MyPineapple session, our Training Coordinator Rhys Musso will be live at head office to discuss the Doc Portal and how it can be used to improve your business and save you time. 

Rhys will focus on how to generate deal conditions, and how this secure portal can help to keep your documents organized.

We encourage you to come to head office for this training so that you can follow along with our Training team and get one-on-one support.

Wednesday, September 7:

In-Person Training 

10-11 am EST – The training team will be holding a MyPineapple (Salesforce) Q&A session! Check out the Training Update group in MyPineapple to submit your questions ahead of time. Thursday, September 8:

In-Person Training:

10 – 11 am EST – This week’s Deals and Underwriting session will be live at the head office with our very own Pineapple Counsellor, Peter Ricketts. Peter will be explaining Insured, Insurable, and Uninsurable products in today’s Market. He will go through the purpose of insuring mortgages, the requirements needed to be qualified for each along with different mortgage insurance providers. This is a fantastic session for our beginner-level agents.

MyPineapple App

Learn about how to start managing client relationships on the go with the brand new MyPineapple mobile app, which is up and running for all Android and IOS devices. This unit will show you how to download the MyPineapple mobile app on our smartphones running on Android or IOS platforms. Follow this unit to start downloading, Pineapplers!

Activity Tab

Learn about how to plan your daily business activities using the Activity Tab in MyPineapple for leads and deals. This module will show you four types of activities the Activity Tab can help you to plan and keep track of all the communication in your sales pipeline. There are five units in this module that go through elements of the Activity Tab; how to log a call; how to add a new event; how to add a new task; how to send an email. Sending Emails & Email Automation

Learn how MyPineapple automates our email routine to generate more opportunities for us. This module will teach you different options for sending emails in MyPineapple and show you various automated communications based on the lead type and stages. There are seven units in this module which go through automated timely & relevant communications; Engagement Journeys; how to send mass emails or individual emails; how to create an email signature, and how to use existing email templates.
