Etti Sugar from Optimum Mortgage will be live at the head office on Tuesday, October 18, for our Lender and Vendor Partner session. Etti will provide a detailed overview of who Optimum Mortgage is. In addition, she will provide background information on different Optimum Niche products and their BFS programs.
This session is tailored for agents of all levels of experience, from brand new to the industry, to our more seasoned mortgage agents, to determine what products are available for your clients. If possible, we encourage you to come to head office for this training to build a stronger relationship with Etti and the Optimum Mortgage team.

In this MyPineapple session, our Training Coordinator Rhys Musso will be discussing the importance of realtor relationships and some ways in which agents can build these relationships to improve their business. Inviting partners to various events is one of the many great ways to nurture these relationships. With our Pineapple change event just a month away, Rhys will explain the purpose and how helpful this event will be. Creating a list email to send out to these realtor partners will also be shared. A live demo will be shown, and agents can begin a lead list with realtors inviting them to the Pineapple XChange event with the already created email template we have made for you.

Wednesday, October 19: 10:00 – 11:00 am EST: Sales & Marketing Activities: Call blitz – Renewals 2023: Shubha Dasgupta: (In-person)
In this Sales and Marketing session, our CEO, Shubha Dasgupta, will be live at the head office to discuss the importance of having conversations with your clients who have mortgages coming up for renewal. Shubha will discuss steps to take to prepare for this conversation with your clients. Shubha will also provide some objection-handling scenarios you may face to assist you in preparing for these conversations. Looking for business within your existing database is imperative to maintain your client database and providing top service as a mortgage professional. Thursday, October 20: 10:00 – 11:00 am EST: Deals & Underwriting Training: Running Assessments on Clients Renewing in 2023: Emerson Munsayac: (In-person)
In this Deals and Underwriting session, our VP of Service and Operations, Emerson Munsayac, will walk us through the importance of agents doing prior assessments before reaching out to their clients who are renewing. It is essential to communicate with clients and explain different conversations and tools to calculate the total equity in their property. This will help to determine the best options based on their financial situation. He will further explain how to use MyPineapple to monitor these renewal opportunities.
