We take complaints seriously and are committed to doing everything we can to resolve your complaint. Our goal is to respond to your initial request within 48 hours. If further investigation is required, detailed instructions and an estimated timeline for resolution will be provided. All complaints will be directly handled by our Principal Broker, Diana Jendrasch.
