Junior Training Coordinator

Salary Range: $40,000 To $43,000 Annually

Main Responsibilities: Coordinates and oversees company-wide training programs. Providing support to the mortgage agents as required. Implement training programs and provide ongoing support and guidance to other trainers in the organization.

Primary Tasks:

  • Defines and documents cost-effective training and development plans; manages changes to plans, as needed, due to priority and need changes
  • Coordinates supports, and develops site trainers in their roles of providing job-specific technical training
  • Host and facilitate systems training
  • Coordinate with guest speakers to educate audience with industry relevant content
  • Schedules and conducts new employee training as needed
  • Customer service and assist training team with inquiries and agent support
  • Update and manage training calendar
  • Update and maintain online educational database
  • Recreating and rebranding training videos and materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with mortgage agents and industry partners
  • Reviewing and revising training materials as needed, including manuals, videos, or other visual aids
  • Maintain project boards for training programs
  • Maintain knowledge of company systems and tools as enhancements are made
  • Cultural obligation to attend and encourage others to support company events
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with constant change and a rapidly growing team
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
