How to Participate

It’s Simple:

1. Submit New Deals: Submit any new lender-approved mortgage deal through PineappleONE between January 6 and February 28, 2025.
2. Earn Ballots: For every approved submission, you’ll earn one ballot for the draw.

What’s a “new lender-approved submission”?
A new submission is an application approved by a lender for a file that has not been submitted for approval in another system to the same lender. If the lender doesn’t provide a commitment through PineappleONE, you’ll need to upload it manually for the ballot to count. [View Instructions]

Double Your Ballots!

Submit deals with at least five deal conditions uploaded in Doc Genius starting January 15th, and you’ll earn two ballots per submission—one for the lender-approved submission and an additional one for meeting the 5-deal condition requirement.

More ballots mean more chances to win, so start submitting today and maximize your opportunities!
