New Leadership Team Member

Harini Abburi
QA Analyst

Harini Abburi is a graduate with a Computer Science degree with extensive experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst. With the previous experience, Harini has acquired good expertise in
creating and executing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Defects by following best QA Methodologies for both Manual and Automated Testing environments.

As a Quality Analyst, Harini Worked closely with Developers to develop test specifications and build test cases/scripts to rigorously test product functionality and investigate all potential product test failures. She has acquired the ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently as well as in a team, having strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.

At Pineapple, Harini will be responsible for handling all the quality related issues and making sure product quality is tested in all possible scenarios.





Dian Reid
Jr. Training Coordinator

Dian has over 4 years of teaching and customer service experience, she has worked closely with both adult and children learners. Dian is driven by broadening her education and assisting her peers with their success.

She prides herself on the ability to build both personal and professional relationships with her colleagues.   She is looking forward to working closely with her Pineapple Family and to grow within her new role.  She loves to read, listen to music, and spend time with her family and friends.

She is eager to build new relationships and learn more about the Training Department and the amazing things Pineapple has to offer.

Rebecca Engelberg
Human Resource Administrator

Rebecca is an enthusiastic HR Professional who is ready to grow her skills with Pineapple! She started her HR career with an automotive financing company and is looking forward to gaining new knowledge within the mortgage industry. While she has experience with employee relations, recruitment, and company-wide communications, Rebecca is determined and excited to grow in her HR career and contribute to the success of Pineapple!

Rebecca has a passion for connecting with people and ensuring an effective and positive work environment. She graduated from York University with an Honours Degree, majoring in Sociology and obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College.

She is looking forward to building new and strong relationships in her role as an HR Administrator with her new Pineapple Family! Rebecca loves to ski in the winter, bike, and spend time with friends and family. In her downtime, you can catch her watching different sporting events (F1, Basketball, Baseball, and Hockey), or catching up on TV shows.


Vaishali Vaishali
Business Analyst

Vaishali takes business ideas and converts them into technical aspects of the business with her analytical skills.

She has education in Business Management and a strong background in requirement gathering, documentation, and providing business solutions. She has more than five years of experience in bridging communication gaps between various business and IT stakeholders by transforming complicated technical ideas into user-friendly images before the business users.

Her skills bring an impactful difference at every level of the SDLC Process. She is excited to join Pineapple as a Business Analyst and looking forward to contributing to the business.
