New Team Hire

It is our pleasure to announce the newest member of the Pineapple family, Jaimie Lewis, our new Content Writer. She is a recent graduate from York University with a degree in English. Jaimie studied at York for three years and had previously gone to George Brown for two years, where she was enrolled in the Arts and Science program. Jaimie has over five years of experience working in the service industry, where she has developed strong relationships with coworkers and customers. She looks forward to broadening her education and experience through working at Pineapple and growing in her new role. Outside of work and school she enjoys going to the gym, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

Live In Office Trainings

Tuesday, August 2:
10:00-11:00 am EST Michel Durand, president of MCommercial, will be here at the office holding a presentation on commercial properties and how agents can utilize the support provided to get commercial deals done. He will review current challenges on the commercial side with the volatility in the market along with rate increases bringing down loan amounts, increased delays on all sides, values dropping, and more!

You won’t want to miss it, as this session will provide tremendous value for your business.

11:30-12:00 pm EST:
Rhys Musso will be holding a live training session on our brand new MyPineapple app! Come in to get hands-on assistance from your training team on downloading and logging into the app. Rhys will also cover best practices for your business while using the app and how this can drive you to close more deals.

Wednesday, August 3:
10:00-11:00 am EST, our regional sales manager, Leighton Watson is back to hold another Sales & Marketing session. Leighton will cover objection handling and discuss the top 10 objections you may face in your career as a mortgage professional. Leighton will help you by responding to the objections as well. This is a session you won’t want to miss. We look forward to seeing you there.

Friday, August 5:
10:00-11:00 am EST, join us at head office, where our CEO Shubha Dasgupta holds a weekly market update. What better way to end off the week?! Come in and meet our CEO in person. The man, the myth, the legend himself. We hope to see you there.

Pineapple Juice – Releases

Pineapple Juice creates customized learning journeys for our agents through “trails”. Within each “trail”, the content is broken down into “modules” and then again into bite-sized “units”. For example, the “MyPineapple” trail has a “Leads” module and a “Lead Types and Stages” unit. 

But that’s not all! The more you use the system, the more points you will earn that can be redeemed for rewards – stay tuned for more information!

MyPineapple App

Learn about how to start managing client relationships on the go with the brand new MyPineapple mobile app, which is up and running for all Android and IOS devices. This unit will show you how to download the MyPineapple mobile app on our smartphones running on Android or IOS platforms. Follow this unit to start downloading, Pineapplers!

Activity Tab

Learn about how to plan your daily business activities using the Activity Tab in MyPineapple for leads and deals. This module will show you four types of activities the Activity Tab can help you to plan and keep track of all the communication in your sales pipeline. There are five units in this module that go through elements of the Activity Tab; how to log a call; how to add a new event; how to add a new task; how to send an email. Sending Emails & Email Automation

Learn how MyPineapple automates our email routine to generate more opportunities for us. This module will teach you different options for sending emails in MyPineapple and show you various types of automated communications based on the lead type and stages. There are seven units in this module which go through automated timely & relevant communications; Engagement Journeys; how to send mass emails or individual emails; how to create an email signature, and how to use existing email templates.
