Pineapple Juice – How does it work?
Pineapple Juice creates customized learning journeys for our agents through “trails”. Within each “trail”, the content is broken down into “modules” and then again into bite-sized “units”. For example, the “MyPineapple” trail has a “Leads” module and a “Lead Types and Stages” unit.
But that’s not all! The more you use the system, the more points you will earn that can be redeemed for rewards – stay tuned for more information!

Friday, June 24th, we launched module 2 of the Pineapple Juice Trail, released last week.
Now that we’re logged in to Pineapple Juice, let’s walk through the different elements of the dashboard. In this module, we’ll learn about the structure of learnings from Trails/Trailmixes, Modules, and Units. We’ll also experience interactive features that promote active learning including Favorites, In Progress and the points system. Once we master these features, Pineapple Juice will support and keep track of our learning journey as mortgage brokers.
You guessed it, in this trail you will learn about how to use Pineapple Juice, our proprietary training platform. This week we launched the first module in this trail, “Introduction to Pineapple Juice”. In this introductory module, you’ll get to know more about the platform, the knowledge levels and how to login to Pineapple. In the following weeks, we’ll explore all the amazing features of Pineapple Juice, its integrations with MyPineapple and how Pineapple Juice can provide the confidence you need to succeed.
Are you becoming more confident with the systems, strategies and tools offered at Pineapple? With these skills and knowledge, you are definitely on the right track in building your business plan. In this final module, we have created a mortgage terminology reference list to support your daily practice and learning as a mortgage broker that you can refer back to at any time throughout your career. We will also review what we have learned in this trail from lead generation, Pineapple’s smart systems to foundational underwriting knowledge. Upon gaining all the badges for this trail, you are fully equipped with the solid core mortgage skillset to step up to the next level for the PMAQ training program and to advance your career.
