Pineapple Juice – How does it work?

Pineapple Juice creates customized learning journeys for our agents through “trails”. Within each “trail”, the content is broken down into “modules” and then again into bite-sized “units”. For example, the “MyPineapple” trail has a “Leads” module and a “Lead Types and Stages” unit.

But that’s not all! The more you use the system, the more points you will earn that can be redeemed for rewards – stay tuned for more information!

Check out the latest trails and modules below – click the images or headers to start learning now!

Friday, April 29th the training team launched part 1 of a new module:

Underwriting Fundamentals: Document Collection (Part 1)

This module is going to be released in 2 parts. In this release, we’ll explore documentation for employment & income including job letters, pay stubs, T4s and T4-As. For each type of documentation, we’ll review the requirements for validity, the best practices for obtaining them and when to submit these documents. Part two of this release will be coming out next week so stay tuned for more valuable information on document collection!

PineappleDOS: The Application Process

Let’s put everything you’ve learned into action! This review module covers the workflow in PineappleDOS from the point of logging in to lender submission. There are 5 units in this module that go through manually entering an application, validating the application, requesting documents &  forms and submitting to a lender. By the end of this module, you’ll be able to utilize the functionalities of PineappleDOS based on your deal conditions.

Thursday, April 14th the training team launched a new module:

Underwriting Fundamentals: Verifying Income

Understanding how to assess your clients’ income is at the core of every successful mortgage. These modules explore different types of income, how to identify, and how to verify each income type. There are 7 units in this module that break down the various income types like salary, hourly, business for self (BFS), commission, and more. By the end of this module, you’ll be able to assess your client based on the type of income they receive.
