Pineapple Juice – How does it work?
Pineapple Juice creates customized learning journeys for our agents through “trails”. Within each “trail”, the content is broken down into “modules” and then again into bite-sized “units”. For example, the “MyPineapple” trail has a “Leads” module and a “Lead Types and Stages” unit.
But that’s not all! The more you use the system, the more points you will earn that can be redeemed for rewards – stay tuned for more information!
Check out the latest trails and modules below – click the images or headers to start learning now!
On Friday, May 27th the training team launched a new Underwriting module:

Employment & Income Documents (Part 3)
This is Part 3 of the Employment & Income Documents module that was previously launched. In addition to the already knowledgeable content you have in this module, we have added new units that focus on employment and income documents for BFS (Business for Self) clients including sole proprietorship, partnership, incorporation, and rental income. For each type of documentation, we’ll review the requirements for validity, the best practices for obtaining them and when to submit these documents. By the end of this module, you’ll be able to prepare employment and income documentation for the deal you’re working on for any income type you may come across!

Underwriting Fundamentals: A&B Deals
Having a holistic understanding of your client’s mortgage profile will help you determine which type of deal your clients will qualify for. In this module, we will learn A & B deal types, examine the qualifications for each type, and review a case study together. By the end of this module, you will be able to assess a mortgage application and classify the deal based on your client’s mortgage profile.

Underwriting Fundamentals: Employment & Income Documents (Part 2)
Last week, we released part 1 of documentation for employment & income. In this module, we’ll explore documentation part 2 covering confirmation of down payment, agreement of purchase & sale and other miscellaneous documentation. For each type of document, we’ll review the requirements for validity, the best practices for obtaining them and when to submit them. By the end of this module, you’ll be able to prepare documentation for the deal you’re working on for compliance and lenders’ guidelines.
