Brokerage names and license numbers for every province you are licensed in are now included in your email signature. You still have the option to hide your license number(s) in your email signature. It will still display on your website.

You now have complete control over displaying either your brokerage or personal website. This can be managed by toggling the option in the "Signature" tab.

Brokers can access the Pineapple Online Mortgage Calculator from their website, input all of their client's information, and generate a beautiful, client-ready document. Then, they can quickly email the document directly to their client, providing white glove service at the click of a button. The best part is that it is mobile-friendly so brokers can consult with their clients on the fly.

An exciting enhancement to the Pineapple Online Mortgage Calculator is the ability to include the insurance premium in the total mortgage amount and periodic payments to improve the calculation accuracy. An info-bubble has been added to explain the calculation to clients. This change applies to both desktop and mobile.

Upload Video Testimonials With Just One Click


Once again, Pineapple is leading the mortgage industry by allowing our brokers to upload video testimonials with just one click on their custom-built websites.

Video testimonials can be played within the same page without navigating to the YouTube website, plus YouTube ads are suppressed.

Testimonial-type options are available: client, realtor, financial planner, and co-worker.

To upload a video testimonial, brokers can simply go into Pineapple CORE, click their profile picture and select “
