Sharing some recent updates that have come to light for those of you that use FNF for all your appraisal requests………………………

Effective Jan 1, 2025, you will no longer be able to order appraisals for Scotiabank files through FNF Canada. Unfortunately, Scotia has taken a different direction moving forward. Until such time, it is business as usual, and you can continue to order appraisals for Scotia up until Dec 31, 2024.

Although this means heading into 2025 that both Scotia and TD will not be using our appraisal program, you will still be able to utilize our program through the following lenders that we support:
