MCAP: Policy Updates

Effective March 22nd, these are the current promos at MCAP:

• NEW: We are now paying an extra 30 bps bonus commission on 5yr Insured and Insurable Standard and Value-Flex Fixed

Please note the following requirements apply to the rate special and comp promos:

• New business only including existing customers who pay full penalty or at maturity. Existing pipeline NOT eligible for bonus comp
• Insured: minimum credit score of 600 for each qualifying applicant
• Insurable: minimum credit score of 680 is required for at least one qualifying applicant
• Buydowns available
• MPoints buy downs NOT eligible for MCAP Value-Flex
• Excludes: MCAP Fusion, Peace of Mind Cashback, Small Rental, Refinances, Uninsurable Loans, Blends
• Be sure to request the following in your submission notes:
