MERIX - Standard (Lendwise) Compensation Guide

Disclosure:

•Rates apply to MERIX – Trailer and MERIX – Standard (Lendwise). Standard commission applies unless otherwise stated.

•Pre approval Rate Premium is 75 bps•The Small Rental Program is only available on 5-year terms.

•Insurable Rates: A minimum credit score of 680 is required for at least one (1) qualifying applicant.

•Uninsurable Standard Fixed and ARM Rates: Purchases/Transfers - minimum credit score of 650 for primary applicant, Refinances - 650 credit score for all applicants

•All rates and premiums are subject to change without notice.

•Qualify using the greater of the contract mortgage rate + 2% or the floor rate as defined by the OSFI.

•Please note that for conversions from Adjustable-Rate Mortgage terms to Fixed Rate terms, posted rates will be used.
