The Enhanced Service Model at TD Broker Services is built on our valued business relationship with you and focuses on providing the right level of support that aligns with the needs of your Brokerage(s). To help deepen ties to TD at a leadership level, in addition to your brokerage agents being assigned a dedicated Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Inside Sales Manager (ISM) for their day-to-day needs, you also have access to a dedicated Senior Regional Manager (SRM) available to support Broker Owners.

Both RSMs and ISMs have extensive credit knowledge and experience at TD space and will support Brokers in many ways, including:

  • More robust and timely communication from a dedicated point of contact
  • Guidance and advice on TD policies, rate approvals and promotions
  • Enhanced support on credit application information and deal status updates at TD Mortgage Solutions (TDMS)
  • Product knowledge training and support
  • Customer problem resolution

Our team of Senior Regional Managers will continue to be a dedicated point of contact and will be available to address any matters involving your firm. They work closely with Brokerage Leadership on business development opportunities and are focused on channel growth, coaching and presentation delivery.

Earlier this Summer, we announced the promotion of Sofia Hondrogiannis as Associate Vice President (AVP) of Sales and Strategy, Broker Services. In this role Sofia will develop comprehensive strategies for the Broker Business, review policy projects and provide support for executive escalations.

What You Need To Know

Over the next month, a new Regional or Inside Sales Manager will contact those Brokers assigned to be their dedicated point of contact in Fiscal 2024 (November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024). Our goal is to provide seamless and uninterrupted service during this transition.
