Tuesday, November 1, 10:00 – 11:00 am EST: Lender and Vendor Partner Sessions: CMI Financial Group – Travis Allinott (In-person)

Travis Allinott from CMI Financial Group will be live at the office to educate us on different tips on navigating the current market’s new reality and within this forecasted economic environment. Particular focus will be placed on some of CMI’s newer risk parameters that have been implemented to help us all succeed in these challenging times.  

This session is tailored for agents of all levels of experience, from brand new to the industry to our more seasoned mortgage agents, to determine what products are available for your clients. If possible, we encourage you to come to head office for this training to build a stronger relationship with Travis Allinott.

Tuesday, November 1, 12:30 – 1:00 pm EST: MyPineapple Training – Rhys Musso – (In-person)

Join us for this week’s MyPineapple training session, where our Training Coordinator Rhys Musso will be going over the renewal reports within your MyPineapple account. This will be a follow-up to review what our CEO, Shubha Dasgupta, did in his call blitz training!

Wednesday, November 2, 10:00 – 11:00 am EST: Sales & Marketing Activities: Social Media 301: Alex Guo (In-person)

Join us for this week’s Sales and Marketing training session, where our Marketing Manager Alex Guo will discuss high-level marketing logic analytics for mortgage agents. Social media pillars will be discussed, and Alex will give some recommended pillars for agents. Instagram is a very popular social media platform, and the different types of Instagram accounts will be shared along with their benefits. Social media is essential to mortgage agents’ business, and Pineapple has provided various social 4U documents for our agents. Alex will explain how this can be used in agents’ businesses along with what is a marketing funnel.

This is an advanced level training and is not geared towards beginners.

Thursday, November 3, 10:00 – 11:00 am EST: Deals & Underwriting Training: How to run Deals in other Provinces: Emerson Munsayac (In-person)

In this Deals and Underwriting session, our VP of Service and Operations, Emerson Munsayac, will walk us through how to run deals in other provinces. Pineapple is now officially licensed in multiple provinces, so utilizing our systems to add agents/co-agent upon submission will be highlighted throughout this session.

This is a fantastic session for our beginner-intermediate-level agents. Join us if you are seeking more information on ways to help your client.

Friday, November 4, 10:00 am – 11:00 am EST: Market Update: Shubha Dasgupta (In-person)

Live at head office, join our C.E.O. Shubha Dasgupta, who will share his wise words of wisdom. Are you looking for market predictions for this quarter? Are you looking for talking points to discuss with your clients? Shubha will provide us with a rate update and an industry update discussing the critical information that has occurred over the previous month.
